Submitting a contact or enrolment enquiry does not guarantee a place at the centre. Enrolment depends on availability, age group, required documentation, centre policies, licensing requirements, and direct confirmation from Little Kiwi Explorers.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law, including rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 where they apply. We will not knowingly publish misleading information about our services, and we encourage families to contact us if anything needs correction.
